At Sabre Pet Food, we understand the importance of high-quality food and how difficult it can be to find the right option for your pet, especially when every dog and cat has different dietary requirements or taste preferences. Our Sabre Subscription service enables you to have nutritious food delivered to your door on a regular schedule of your choice.

Our process is very simple: you choose which of your pet's favourite products you would like on repeat order, let us know how often you would like to receive them, and we'll take care of the rest. Our hassle-free Sabre Subscription service is very easy to use, and you can make changes, cancel, or pause items as needed.

An additional benefit of Sabre Subscriptions is that you will receive 5% off and free delivery on all subscription orders over £49.99.

Subscribing to our Sabre Subscription service is very easy. Please follow the steps outlined above in our 'How to Subscribe' section.

Once you've subscribed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming your Sabre Subscription order.

After that, all future orders will be placed automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will be billed on the day the order is dispatched.

As mentioned below in our 'How can I make changes or cancel/pause my Sabre Subscriptions?' section, you can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

You’ll also receive emails with important information related to your Sabre Subscription service, such as notifications if your item has been discontinued or is out of stock, if you cancel a subscription item, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

We may occasionally change the price of our goods, and if we do, we will notify you and provide you with an opportunity to make changes to or cancel your subscription.

There’s a minimum of 2 weeks between orders and a maximum of 8 weeks. You can also set up a different subscription for each item, making the service very flexible.

There is no minimum or maximum number of products you can order through our Sabre Subscription service.

Our Sabre Subscription service is very easy to both set up and manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, adjust your order frequency, add or remove products from your subscription, or pause/cancel your orders at any time.

To request any changes to your Sabre Subscription account, please contact us at: customerservices@sabrepetfood.co.uk with your name, postcode, and details of the exact changes you would like to make. Please allow up to 24 hours for any requested changes to be processed.

For all other changes to your Sabre Subscriptions account information, please email us at customerservices@sabrepetfood.co.uk with the details of your desired changes. Once we have completed your request, we will send you a confirmation email.

Your next scheduled orders will be listed in the subscription section of your Sabre Pet Food account.

Log in to your account and click the 'My Orders' button. Next, click 'Manage Subscription' and then 'See More Details'. Finally, click 'Upcoming Order'.

Yes, absolutely. To do this, please email us at customerservices@sabrepetfood.co.uk with your desired additional products. Once we have completed your request, we will send you a confirmation email.

To change or update your payment card details, log in to your account and click the ‘My Orders’ button. Next, click 'Manage Subscription' and 'See More Details'. Then click 'Payment Details' and 'Update Payment'.

You will receive an email with the title 'Update your payment method for Sabre Pet Food'. Click 'Confirm Payment Information'. Finally, it will take you to a new webpage where you can update your payment details. Once you have done this, click 'Update Card'.

Our Sabre Subscription service offers 5% off and free delivery on all subscription orders over £49.99. No further discounts or offers can be used in conjunction with a subscription order.
