Telephone Calls & Customer Conduct

Please be aware that telephone calls to and from Sabre Pet Food may be recorded and monitored. Further information about how we use and protect call recordings can be found in our Privacy Policy.

We understand that customers may contact us when they are frustrated or dissatisfied, and our team will always aim to deal with concerns professionally and respectfully. We ask that our employees are treated with the same courtesy and respect.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intimidating or otherwise unacceptable behaviour towards our employees will not be tolerated. This includes personal insults, threats, aggressive or excessive swearing directed at a member of our team, or repeated behaviour that causes an employee to feel threatened, harassed or intimidated.

Where appropriate, a caller may be warned that the call will be ended if the behaviour continues. In cases of serious abuse or threats, we reserve the right to terminate the call without warning.

Where a customer repeatedly engages in unacceptable behaviour, we may restrict telephone contact and require future communication to be made in writing or by email. Where appropriate, serious threats or other unlawful behaviour may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
