Aged 2 & 4
Meet Loki and Daisy, the 4-year-old Eurohound and 2-year-old Doberman! Both Loki, and his sister Daisy, are extremely food driven. Their owner, Emily, hand feeds them both every day, using techniques to work on training, freeshaping, and co-operative care.
The basis of both dogs’ diet is our Primal Spirit Complete Dry Dog Food range, from which they alternate flavours. Emily also uses our delicious Alpha Spirit Sausages for mantrailing, alongside using the Orygo Fresh Superfoods range for on-the-go! Danielle, and her two Springer Spaniels, Buddy and Olive, joined us last year. Together, they love adventuring and exploring the beautiful English countryside!
For these two gorgeous pooches, maintaining a healthy weight has always been a bit of challenge so Danielle was on the hunt for another food that she could introduce to keep her dogs as happy and healthy as possible.
They have been fed cold-pressed alongside a raw diet for nearly a year now and Danielle could not be more pleased with how her dogs are doing. Buddy and Olive have tried it all. Also in the pack is Amy, the owner of four standard poodles – Grandma Edna, her daughters Peggy and Margo, and granddaughter, Elsie. These gorgeous poodles are all regulars on the show circuit, up and down the UK. They also occasionally take on the role of film stars, meaning that they are often on the move.
All this travelling meant that raw feeding, which Amy had sworn by, suddenly proved impractical. With this in mind, Amy began searching for a high-quality cold-pressed alternative that can be taken on their trips.
This is when she came across Sabre. Her poodles love to eat both Alpha Spirit and DARF as Amy feeds a 50/50 mix of raw and cold-pressed. They switch fully to cold-pressed whenever they travel and even Amy’s most recent litter was raised fully on one of our cold-pressed foods.
