Description

Complete Dry Dog Food - Regular (1kg Sample Pack)

Our Darf Complete Dry Dog Food - Regular is a cold-pressed dry dog food which contains only high quality ingredients, including 3.2kg of fresh, raw meat per kilogram of this food. These qualities make it highly nutritious and palatable for even the fussiest of dogs.

This food is gluten-free, and contains no less than 60% fresh meat therefore makes a great alternative to a raw diet. As a result of the high meat content, this food is softer than other dry dog food making it more palatable for dogs who struggle to swallow.

Pleased, shame I missed August bank holiday 20% discount though!

I ordered Darf Regular after researching on All About Dog Food. My Bernese Mountain Dog had a couple of test results that led to vet recommending switching to a lower protein, lower phosphorus and added B vitamins diet and Darf ticked these boxes, whilst still scoring over 80% on AADF. He seems to love it so far, and transitioned easily. I ordered a 20Kg bag on subscription, annoyingly about 2 hours before getting an email with a 20% off discount code, so that was slightly annoying for me, but the dog doesn’t have to worry about things like that!

So far so good

Just started my 5 year old Weimaraner on this as he's been struggling with his tummy. Early days but he seem to like it!

Great size sample

1kg is a good size for a sample large enough to check that they will actually eat the stuff. I have now ordered a large sack so will see how they get on with it long term. It is looking good so far

Guys dog loves it

Tried many different food types for my 9 month old Staffy. This does the job. She’s a grazer by nature but never leaves any food.

Fussy dog

The food scores very highly with any dog food website. Sadly my dog isn’t keen. She ate Aatu happily for three years but has started being fussy and yours is the fourth I’ve tried. Sorry

Complete dry food

Received sample pack very quickly. I have three very fussy dogs with two of them having tummy troubles. I was pleasantly surprised that all three of them liked this new food and up to now have had no tummy upsets so will be ordering more.

Great food so far.

Best food for value and nutrition.
So my 12kg Cavapoo has had this Darf regular for 10 days now, mixing it with his wet food.
I bought the 1kg sample bag and will be using the 4kg bags. I recommend transitioning the new food mixing 10% first day with the old food until after 8 to 10 days it's 100% all the new food.
My dog loves it no upset stomach even in the transition period he just wanted more.
I recommend if you have dogs under 10kg or smaller mouths go for the smaller biscuit thats also available, luckily my dog could cope with the regular size.
Due to the higher calorie and nutritional value, I've had use less than other dry food which makes it great value.
I mix it with wet food so only need half the recommended allowance works out 67 grams in total daily mixed with 400 grams of wet. So 4kg bags will last me over 7 weeks. Still early to tell how long the food lasts once the bag is open but considering as long as you put in air tight containers should be around 8 weeks or so.
I'll be buying 4kg x2 bags in the future which is best value for my dog size, but I've noticed the 20kg bags are good value which if you have more than one dog or a big dog that's worth it too.
Very happy with my purchase after weeks of research this is by far best choice for me.
