With less than a week to go until Christmas, we’re counting down the hours until the magic begins. So that our staff can enjoy Christmas as much as you, our offices will be closed from 3pm on Friday 22nd December 2023 until 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
This means that if you are expecting a subscription order between Friday 22nd December and Tuesday 2nd January, your order will not be delivered until Wednesday 3rd January. If you need your order before Christmas, you can amend your subscription via your account. Alternatively, you can contact our customer services team here and they will be able to amend your subscription for you.
This also means that any orders that are placed after 2pm on Thursday 21st December will not be delivered until the New Year. Order here now to receive your parcel before Christmas and avoid running out of your four-legged friend’s favourite food between now and the New Year.
